what is remedial massage?
Unlike relaxation massage, remedial massage focuses on specific, identified problem areas of the body. It involves various techniques such as deep tissue, stretching, kinesiology/neurokinetic application (muscle testing & activation), vibration and exercises depending on the goal of the session. My passion is to assist everyone achieve their desired outcomes, whether that be to decrease pain associated with injury, to improve function and movement for everyday life or work towards competitions.

What is fascia? A short video summary about what fascia is.
Core activation after surgery - scar work and body activation with Khloe Syllebranque, creator on of the Sonawave Method. It was developed through years of clinical experience, scar tissue work and nervous system-focused practice. Khloe didn’t set out to build a method, just to help clients who weren’t responding to force or standard protocols.
What she discovered was that subtle, precise sequences changed everything. This method brings together fascia science, rhythmic manual cues and nervous system regulation.
Fascia isn’t new. Athletes and bodyworkers have been working with it instinctively for years. Now science is catching up, confirming what we’ve felt all along: fascia matters.
